Being three investors, we were looking for someone who “assembles” our contrasting requirements and creates one compact unit. Plus that unit shall fit the environment of Croatian homes. We could not find any common language with local architect, so we called Fandament.

Three land plots, three friends, three houses, three views of the sea. The houses are similar, but each of them is different. Together, however, they constitute one company entity. Traditional stone houses contrasting with the elementary volume of white mass. Different corners and niches emerge as a result of the site layout and roof overhangs, inviting for a rest at any time during the day.
